What Categories of cement to choose?

What Categories of cement to choose? There are many categories of cement, the best known of which are Portland ceilings that include two standardized categories: -The Artificial Portland Cement or APC. -Portland Compose Cement or PCC.

Materials used in the manufacture of Portland cement must contain appropriate proportions of lime, silica, alumina and iron. The plant produces several types of cement, each type Differs from the other according to precise percentages of additions and clinker. Concerning white cement (CPJ45), the factory imports it in the form of baked material (white clinker) which undergoes a grinding followed by a bagging before shipment. The additions positively influence the quality of the cement. Indeed, the addition of gypsum, easily crushed, allows to regulate the setting of the cement. However, a temperature of High grinding may cause dehydration, and therefore the setting behavior may vary (false catch, rapid setting) depending on the amount and shape of C3A present in the clinker. For this, we often use a mixture of gypsum and the Anhydrite to sulfate the cement. Fly ash is powder particles obtained by the electrostatic or mechanical deducting of the combustion gases of boilers fed with pulverized coal. Silico-limestone fly ash has pozzolanic and hydraulic properties. They contain essentially reactive lime, reactive silica and alumina. These substitute raw materials are therefore used for their property of hydraulic binders.
